DEFINING A WORKER

  In this Ministry of KIRHEM, a worker is one who has been set aside for special services in the house of God or ministry on the recommendation of the local or regional minister or coordinator in charge of the congregation or ministry. These may include members of the Worship team or Choir, Ushers, prayer force, Discipleship teachers, Children’s workers, and other ministry roles. It is to be made clear that those who are privileged to be workers in this Ministry primarily work for God and therefore will receive their reward, as the Scriptures point out from the Almighty God, as a body appointed by God. Their loyalty to God and to KIRHEM must therefore be unwavering.

    Kingdom Empowerment summits are annual conferences whose main aim is to gather believer’s from around the globe for the purpose of divine empowerment, apostolic & prophetic release to their areas of calling. It challenges and prepares believers for the work of the ministry and to live victorious Christian life.
